  1. You guys seem new. How long have you been in the fragrance industry?

    We've been in the fragrance industry one way or another since 2012. Mainly selling mass market European fragrances that have very little presence in the U.S. We grew tired of selling, distributing, and promoting "other people's brands" so Montagne Parfums was launched in April 2019.

  2. How long does it take for my order to ship?

    Our regular dispatch time is 2 business days or less. During peak season, orders are ship out in 4-5 business days. Please see website banner for up to date dispatch times. All fragrances are freshly compounded to order. We do not compound to stock, if we do not receive any orders then we do not produce. Simple as that.

  3. Do you ship internationally?

    You can check our full list of “ship to” countries on the check out page. We are constantly adding new countries to the list. If your country is not listed, use the contact form to send us an email. All customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and tariffs in their respective countries.

  4. How long does it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped out?

    For domestic orders transit time is approximately 3-4 business days once the carrier is in possession of the parcel. For orders shipped to Europe, the transit time is approximately 12-15 business days. For orders shipped to Asia, the transit time is approximately 15-30 business days. All customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and tariffs in their respective countries.

  5. Do you accept returns?

    Since all fine fragrance products are made to order, we do not accept returns.

  6. What currency is the listed price?

    All listed prices are in U.S. Dollar (USD) unless otherwise noted. Customers are responsible for any currency exchange rate differences and/or international transaction fees charged by their card issuing bank.

  7. Are you vegan and cruelty free?

    YES WE ARE! We do not test on animals or use any animal products in our parfums.
